David Slawson
David Slawson graduated from Flagler College with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Growing up his family owned Polynesian pools, entrepreneurship was in the blood. After graduating from Flagler, he founded Wood Concepts of Virginia. Then in 1986 he founded Classic Design Builders. He holds a Class A contractors license in the State of Virginia. David is a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach and enjoys surfing, golf and fishing. He has two sons Tyler and Carter.
Joe Hanley
Joe Hanley is an Old Dominion University Alumni, holding a degree in Management Information Systems as well as Production and Operations.
Joe has a vast knowledge of coordination and extensive management experience in the construction industry. In 2000, he became a partner of Classic Design Builders. His expertise in construction, land development, real estate appraisal and banking made him the perfect fit. He is a licensed Class A contractor in the State of Virginia and continues to further his education in his area of expertise. He has three children Tripp, Mia and Brock.
